You can share assistive-technology details if you want, without disclosing personal health information. For factual or rights concerns, identify the wording or material and explain the correction you are requesting.

Not a veterinary contact service

No veterinarian reviews the form entries or monitors this website for symptoms. Do not use site email for urgent care, feeding emergencies, suspected poisoning, injury or breathing concerns. Contact your own vet or an emergency veterinary clinic promptly when a pet needs urgent attention. The site cannot triage the severity of a concern.
